M&B Sheepskin Cleaner and Conditioner, 8 Fl Oz, 1 Count

I purchased this for my gray Minnetonka Mukluks that I adore. I love to wear them in winter and where I am it routinely snows so they can get somewhat wet so I started to see some white marks from what I assume was dried salty water on the boots. But what made me finally purchase this product was a slow leak from a frozen bottle of water that had an unseen crack and slowly dripped all its contents on one of my beloved boots. After letting the boot air dry over a period of days (the thing was soaked thru) I noticed that it was noticeably firmer than the other boot, it was only a matter of time for them to crack if worn. To use this product I followed the instructions of dabbing cold water from a sponge onto the leather to get it damp, but I did change my technique slightly in that I then sprayed the product on the sponge before blotting the leather, not rubbing. Also, I did spritz the leather lightly in some of the trouble spots before blotting with the sponge. Then I put crumpled paper towels in the toe box portion and hung the boot by the heel to dry. I had no color change on my gray boots after comparing the one that I treated vs the one not. Also after a couple days the leather softened back up to almost being a supple as my non-soaked boot. I say almost because it is not quite as soft so I may try treating it again to improve further but it won't be soon because it has gotten cold here so I have started wearing my mukluks again.
