Just amazing glass. I've been

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just amazing glass. I've been comparing it to other spotting scopes at the range, and so far, nothing matches it. It is bright, clear, crisp. Once I added a sturdy tripod, even MORE details emerged on things I had been looking at. Nice job, Leupold. I'll recommend your glass to my colleages anytime.

I bought this spotting scope

I bought this spotting scope to replace a Celestrom 100mm lense spotting scope. The Leupold has excellent color definition and resolution out to 500 yards. It does not have the resolution of the 100mm lense at 1000 yards but it is good enough to see 30 caliber impacts. I cannot see the 224 caliber impacts accept under very bright conditions. It is fabulous to abserving waterfowl on ponds, lake, and ocean.

Glass is great, have not

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glass is great, have not had alot of time behind it, but feels smooth and useable, I think the smaller frame unit would be a better fit for me, backpacking, however just need one for each circumstance, but overall the unit is hard to beat, price is great
