I love this set of Knitter's Pride interchangeable needles. I haven't tried them out yet, but did attach the cord to a set of needles. I have other Zing Knitter's Pride needles that are double points and a couple of Zing circular needles, so I was already aware how nice this version of Knitter's Pride needles are. I picked this particular version for that reason and the fact that it has all the sizes that I normally use for hats, mittens, scarves and I'll be able to knit sweaters also. I do wish that this kit came with cords in different lengths, but I'll be able to order cords in the lengths that I want later. It's a good price too, considering that these needles are sizes commonly used. I don't need bigger and most likely smaller needles than the ones with this set. I have tried other Knitter's Pride needles like the Karbonz and the mindful circular needle, those are nice too, but for the feel and the price, the Zing is my favorite. I love that it comes in such beautiful colors. And I have read that almost all of the Knitter's Pride cords work with the Zing set of interchangeable, so if you have a preference to a paticular type of cord it will work with this set. I like the compact case too. It does have a slight chemical smell to it, but I attribute that to maybe the glue use to adhere the fabric to the case. Either way the smell has dissipated. Give them a try if you are undecided they really are a nice set.
