The stand is beautiful. It's solid and sturdy. I'm not worried about my TV being on top. The drawer is nice and deep for placing those items you want to be unseen. The color in person is great, nice rich brown that looks more expensive than it actually is. The assembly instructions indicate it will take 30 minutes to assemble. That's not true, maybe for an expert, but it wasn't bad. More like an hour and half. The instructions were easy to follow, and the parts are all correctly labeled, even the hardware was separated out. This stand is definetly worth the money.
