First time trying these. These fully cooked Pork crumbles are okay. I was a little deceived when it states "Italian" I was expecting Italian sausage and pork mix but it's only pork no hint of Italian at all. So just be aware of no Italian sausage or Italian seasoning at all.

I thought it was going to be more crumbly and a little more cooked. Jimmy Dean used to sell a sausage crumbles product and I can't find jt. This was for pizza topping and did not work.
