Battery fine/extra fee not

The battery works well (comes fully charged) but as a replacement for 12N9-4B1 the terminals are reversed so I had to install the battery backwards (not difficult). My chief complaint is that Walmart--not, apparently, the seller--adds a $27 "merchandise fee" which ought to be entirely refundable when you turn in the old core but isn't. I did induce my store to give me $12.50 back.
