Frustrated!

I would LOVE to choose this as our rehearsal dinner invitation, however, under "event information," the parameters are set up wrong and you can only type in 5 characters. I've tried many times AND called customer service twice. They have no idea what I'm talking about. Try it for yourself. Choose "personalize" and try to edit the event date and address! So frustrating.
