Chipping finish/paint and not even assembled yet

I was very excited about these chairs. Immediately upon unpacking I found chipping paint/finish on the frame. that doesn't bode well. I'm disappointed because I don't live at my house full time and returning and/or replacing them will be difficult. I would like to contact the vendor to see if they could fix it or just send me a replacement frame, but I don't see a way to do that in the Walmart app.
