Let basae dry for a day before shooting clear coat

This is a two part base / clear coat package. There are no instructions for dry time between coats and base dry time before clear application. The cans have a very good spray pattern, and I got a nice base application. The color match is spot on. I let it dry for about 45 minutes. The clear looked good immediately following application. The next day, the clear had no shine at all. Looks like semi-gloss. I suggest adding an instruction sheet.
