Not functional for me.

My need is for the watch winder to wind and charge my Seiko Kinetic watch. I have never purchased a watch winder before. My watch is wound by shacking left to right. The winder I selected runs around and around. Per the instructions, it will only maintain a fully wound watch. I need a winder that will actually wind the watch from Zero wind or partial wind. From my subsequent reading, I find that this winder type does not supply any torque since it just turns. I plan to try a pendulum type which mimics the motion which winds my watch. I feel somewhat guilty since Walmart gave me a refund without return. The winder is only slightly used to check if it would work. I would be happy to return if you let me know.
