Instructions

Step 1: Depress buttons and open the handle to vertical position. Step 2: Insert handle of bag around the hook under the handle and roll other handle over the front end of the hoop. Step 3: Fill the bag with dog or cat waste. Step 5: Grab the handle over the hoop and grab the other handle on the hook. Step 6: With both handles secured, pull the bag up and through the hoop and dispose of the bag. Step 7: Press the buttons and close the handle for easy storage. Its that easy!
