I take it based on my doctor recommendation and I seem to be pretty healthy physically and mentally perhaps as a result ? It certainly cant hurt ! Glad they make the 180 count size now - I used to buy 3 bottles or more at time anyway, and the bottles were three-quarters empty. Less for the recycling bin now.
