Disgusted with tires and service

Tires are the wrong size, tire shop will not mount them, they won't take them back, can't a shipping paper to send them back. Have talked to Walmart agents on the phone four times still have no answer. Went to the store five times, tire shop says I have to have shipping papers to send them back, and get my money back. They won't ship the tires back still waiting on the main office to call me back about shipping them back. Would not recommend buying tires on line from Walmart to anyone!
