Step #1 Place the end of tape measure back at the middle of your kneecap, and extend it down 5 inches to find Point B. Mark that spot. (Mark the level with pen / marker) Step #2 Wrap the tape measure around your leg at Point A to find your circumference. Keep it straight-don't let tape measure sag, bend or twist. (That's your thigh size, note down the correct size) Step #3 Place the end of tape measure on the middle of your kneecap, then extend it up 5 inches to find Point A. Mark that spot. (Mark the level with pen / marker) Step #4 Place the end of tape measure back at the middle of your kneecap, and extend it down 5 inches to find Point B. Mark that spot. (That's your calf size, note down the correct size) Step #5 Note The stainless steel reinforced plastic can't be adjusted, please make sure you are taking the measurements and choosing the sizes carefully. By adding or removing condyle pads, make the brace fit your knee. If everything fits, we can supply longer straps.
