This is a scam! Old used watches and products

These watches are used watches. I bought this as a gift for my husband. We could not get the watch to work. After several attempts with tech support through the carrier they couldn't get it to work. They scheduled an appt. With apple today May 1 2022. This was a resold watch!! It was purchased last year in April through T-Mobile and they resold the watch as new. How embarrassing this was for us but especially me. If you are selling used products you need to list that. But there was nothing on Walmart about this product being used. This in so unacceptable and embarrassing.
