I live in Chicago and needed a warm coat to commute in, this does the trick! Very warm and comfy! Love the fig color. Not a sexy coat by any means, but warm. It's a double zipper so you can unzip the bottom a bit while keeping the top zipped, great for commuting on the buses/trains. Haven't tested it in prolonged snowfall yet.
