So it arrived with all the parts which was a good thing. It went together fairly easily although the directions are a little incomplete in a couple of steps but luckily I guessed correctly. My biggest concerns are durability and design. When I do pull ups, it feels like the metal arms are going to collapse so I brought them in as far as I could without my feet touching the ground. Doing dips is painful because the handles are completely unpadded (I'm going to fix that with liberal use of grip tape). If you use the bench to do situps, it puts you right into the cross bar for the upper portion of the station. You have to slightly incline the bench to do bench press because there are two handles sticking out near the bottom of the station (for use doing situps I think) that block the full range of motion otherwise (I put 100lbs of weight on these handles to stabilize the station while doing pull ups). Overall, you get what you pay for. It feels like it's going to fall apart (particularly the bench) but since it's going to be outside in the elements I didn't want to spend too much money on it.
