very pleased with how these look. realistic from the stem to the thorns to the flyers themselves are more of a artificial flower not plastic. purchase these to put at my husband's grave site. you won't be able to tell as well by the picture I cropped it down to not show our names but to be able to see the flowers. I've only been there when it was dark a couple times and the weather has not been very cooperative as far as Sunshine goes to help charge the solar pack but they do light up. considering purchasing again with the flowers in a different color to be able to change them throughout the year. please so far
