I like everything about this insense. Sandlewood has been my favorite and I have tried many different brands and Hex is by far the best. Even my friends have commented on the scent. If the store is out I don't buy anything. The thick coating burns slowly and evenly. It about 30 minutes to burn and is never overpowering.

I have come to trust all of the Hem incense for sometime now. The uniformity of the hand rolled incense sticks as well as real sandalwood powder or dust makes all the difference in the world --there's a subtlety of scent that lingers long after the incense has stopped burning and this essence of incense is beautiful when one is walking through the home; the subtle upliftment of sandalwood is there. I believe that sandalwood purifies an area and brings tranquility as well as serenity and for me that's important: when one has peace within that peace can radiate to one's environment and possibly beyond . In fact, in meditation sandalwood is the incense of choice for many because sandalwood radiates tranquility and is calming for the mind.
