Where the top of the boot at the ankle,,, and the bottom of the mid wrap,, cone together,,,,, It rubs on the top of my ankle bone,,, Very uncomfortable,,,, Look at the seam,,, poor quality stiching from the factory,,, You can see it,,, The other side is fine,,,, BUTT and PLUS,,, The insoles come out when you pull your foot out,,,😡 And the insole is all one piece,, so you can't just take the insoles out,,,
