Severe liver damage may occur if you take: more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours; with other drugs containing acetaminophen; 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product. Allergy alert: Acetaminophen may cause severe skin reactions. Symptoms may include: skin reddening; blisters; rash. If a skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away. Do not use: with any other drug containing acetaminophen (prescription or nonprescription). If you are not sure whether a drug contains acetaminophen, ask a doctor or pharmacist; if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. Ask a doctor before use if you have liver disease. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking the blood thinning drug warfarin. Stop use and ask a doctor if: pain gets worse or lasts more than 10 days; fever gets worse or lasts more than 3 days; new symptoms occur; redness or swelling is present. These could be signs of a serious condition. If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. Overdose warning: In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222). Quick medical attention is critical for adults as well as for children even if you do not notice any signs or symptoms.

They help with arthritis pain
I'm on blood thinners and some other medications that prevent me from take a lot of over the counter medications. To be honest I don't like acetaminophen it doesn't help with headaches and I'm not crazy about it but my options are limited for pain relief. Doctors won't prescribe any pain medication anymore because they're worried about getting sued if a person gets addicted. I have severe arthritis in my hands, spine and joints. Some days are incredibly difficult to get through. My doctor told me to take 2 of these twice a day everyday. I am worried about liver damage from long term use so that's something I get tested for every time I go in to the doctor. I hate to admit it but these are helping my arthritis pain and to a small extent my nerve pain in my feet. They are what my grandma called horse pills so if you have trouble swallowing pills you should check out the capsules. I have a throat like goat I can swallow anything so these aren't a problem for me and they don't get stuck half way down. I take 2 at a time with no problem. I don't notice any taste but I don't let them sit in my mouth long enough to find out either. I suspect these are just as good as the name brand but a lot cheaper. For now I'll be taking these twice a day.

Don't waste your money on name brands. This is just as good and much less expensive. Please consult your doctor before taking acetaminophen on a daily basis, and only take as directed. This drug can cause severe kidney problems if used for long periods of time or over-used. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANY MEDICATION.
