Poor QC

Bought 2 Ashlyn Bathroom valves.(t17064). Both units had an important piece missing. Also Plumber unable to engage the temperature control arm to the unit. Called Delta and they are sending new parts that hopefully work. The man I spoke to was very good and helpful. But still the product is poor. Sorry I bought it.
