Warranty information
Hynes Eagle provides ONE YEAR Limited Warranty which covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse (such as transportation of unusual items), neglect, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example). The warranty provided for herein applies only to the first order purchaser or gift recipient of the Product for a period of one year starting from the date this Product was purchased. Hynes Eagle guarantees for customer satisfaction, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible to return unused merchandise in original package within 30 days of the original purchased date for a prompt refund. Restocking fee and return shipping fee are not refundable unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect product was shipped. We reserve the right to assess any manufacturer's defect claim. Determination of what is excessive wear & tear and how much the refund amount is subject to the sole discretion of the Hynes Eagle Customer Service and Warranty Team.
