I love Quantum Energy bars. I started using them as part of the fueling plan for my last Ironman. I enjoyed the taste so much, I now use them as a quick snack before morning runs or in place of coffee at work. I’d highly recommend them for both athletic performance and for a morning energizer.

I’ve enjoyed Quantum Energy Squares for a few year and they provide good, clean calories and just that little extra caffeine. They come in an easy open package. I, generally, eat half and then folding the package over and putting it back in my jersey. Down the road I’ll finish the second half. I enjoy the squares, the taste and ease of consuming.
