This Collapsible Pasta Drying Rack features 16 built-in rods (each measuring 8-inches long) that fan out and stagger to maximize drying space. Each rod supports up to a quarter pound, while the whole drying rack can hold up to 4.5-pounds of pasta strands. It expands to 18.5 x 17.75 x 12-inches, then folds to 16.5 x 10 x 2.5-inches for space-saving storage. The transfer wand easily picks up freshly cut pasta and transports it to the drying rack or cooking pot, then stores neatly in the central column when not in use.
