This product was a game
This product was a game changer for me. I have been taking probiotics for years with good results. I switched brands and strains every so often. Once I started taking the sugar shift my cravings for sweets were gone within 2 weeks. Then I noticed that I was feeling calmer and sleeping more soundly. I will be a repeat customer and may try some of your other varieties at some point,
Improved bm's in one week
I usually like to wait awhile to give a review, but I am seeing noticeable results in a week of taking this. I started with 1 capsule in the AM but after two days of 2 capsules daily, my stools are better than they have been in so long! I have IMO/methane-dominant SIBO and have done several protocols that mostly didn't work or resolve constipation and skin issues. After completing my last protocol, I was alternated between diarrhea mostly and some constipation still (admittedly was glad at least something was moving). I was hesitant to try probiotics because I know in some cases it can make SIBO worse, but for me (again, after several protocols that targeted bad bacteria, colonics, etc) I believe my microbiome was ready for and needed more beneficial bacteria to come in to keep moving the needle. I was mostly having diarrhea and pencil thin stools and literally in a week my stools are more solid, thicker, regular, and closer to Bristol 4. I am doing one final protocol to target any additional SIBO/dysbiosis and yeast overgrowth and to repair my gut lining (MSM) and I believe this is going to make treatment so much more effective. It has been SO hard to treat this, since you have to be pooping to effectively treat and eliminate the overgrowths (such an irony with methane sibo/IBS-C). I truly am so happy and grateful and finally feel hope because of Sugar Shift that my gut is finally able to heal. I eventually want to try yogurt making but am relieved that capsules are enough to make a difference.
Got my life back!
I started Sugar Shift 4 months ago at the same time I started Invisalign to straighten my teeth/align my jaw. I hoped I would lose weight, especially since my eating habits would be changing drastically. I have not lost weight, but Sugar Shift has improved my life. I am 58 and 14 years post-menopausal. I used to walk 3 miles 3 times a week, but thanks to Sugar Shift I can now walk 5 miles 5 times a week. My energy level is up! My carpal tunnel symptoms are minimized. My gut regulates and the fatigue I used to fight every day is practically gone! Most days, I can think again. I would love to be in the body I was in 4-5 years ago, but at least I have my life back. Thanks Sugar Shift. You're a miracle.
