Nice to look at but noisy, accent flames miss the mark

Really nice to look at and realistic considering its ventless. Has big flames, impressive log set, easy to operate, puts out good heat. Issues: Noisy/loud, have to turn the TV up higher to cancel out the noise of the gas flowing through the unit. It has 5 accent flames in the front of the unit, it needs 7, they failed to place flames at each end so it looks incomplete in my opinion. Overall, I'm happy with it but for the price point I would try something else to see if it is quieter and with a remote. I regret not buying a set with a remote, but that's my problem not the unit.
