LOVE this! I don't have ton of medicine to take, but it seems pretty spacious to me. Easy to load, open, easy to read the date and AM/PM options. If I had any complaints, it would be that I reorganized it so that 1-8 is the first row, 9-16 second row, etc and the colors not coordinating sets my OCD a little lol. I do want to note it is NOT child proof/resistant so keep it where little hands can't reach!!
