hello I'm not unfamiliar with cooking cooking fine dining hotels and restaurants and things but this little machine can't be turned on to preheat so it's not like a electric skillet it has to have food in it first and then it's like a steam machine it immediately gets super hot like steamer and so I'm learning about things of I made some things in it but I got to read about it and learn how to make other stuff but I do like it and it wipes that nice and clean I'm not used to having a pan and you can't stick in the water and wash it in the bottom is open it's electricity all the electric stuff and cut myself twice getting ready to do stuff in some soapy water and wash it like a pan that's a big no no so just remember you wipe it out you know soapy sponge or something and then clean sponge but you do not immerse it at all ever but I like it and I got the big one and it's nice size and I like the big thing on top with holes so you can steam vegetables or I could pasta but my pasta up high and have my pasta sauce down under. and the prices like a fifth of what some other ones so the other ones do a little bit fancier stuff like almost the oil was it called oil is fryers or whatever dry fryers I'm wondering if this does that like if you put a drop of oil in it and does it dry I just have to read about it and see but very happy and happy end of the prices something affordable if you can people can afford everybody can't afford every apparatus over $100.
