As expected, exceptional quality from Kohler

Last month I purchased a Kohler toilet from an Amazon vendor. After receiving the toilet, I noticed the tank cover was in pieces. After I contacted the vendor, they gave me a refund even though I requested they send me a tank cover. Now I was left with a toilet without a cover. After my Amazon search for a tank cover proved unsuccessful, I went directly to the Kohler website. The website is easy to navigate. Finding the right color, size, and style was even easier. After placing my order, I received the tank cover quickly, and more critically- there was no damage. As expected, Kohler continues to provide well-made quality, not just in their products but also in their service.
