We only received a few bolt, washers and one nut. Very upset since no hardware store close for 10 miles. Didn't see that in the description details. Also no instructions.

Very disappointed. This frame was 5 inches less in width than is specified and did not have outdoor footings. When I inquired, I was told the dimensions given were accurate and it was an indoor frame. The picture clearly depicts this frame outdoors...and I measured it set up....dimensions were not accurate. Poor quality in both product and customer service.
