Well designed except for one flaw.

Well designed except for one small perhaps fatal flaw. The main clamp body is held to the ball and socket clamp by two very small M3 -.5 x 7mm long screws. One came loose and fell out while I was riding, but fortunately I did not have my phone in the clamp. I have replaced the two screws with 2 M3x.5 x 10mm long stainless steel screws and added some thread locking cement (eg Loctite or nail polish). I think they really should have designed it with bigger screws. I have not tried it yet with a cell phone, but I may put a rubber band around it to try to belay it.
