They have greatly with my focus. the effect takes time to build up at first but it actually does help with mental clarity. if I ever run out, I might find myself not getting anything accomplished, then I realize that I forgot to take my ginkgo biloba. in my humble non-medical opinion, it's a natural, herbal improvement for attention deficit disorder.
