Disappointed

Adapter that was ordered did not work. A letter sent with the adapter requested that before leaving any non-satisfied feedback that an e-mail be sent to them to try to get an adapter that would work. I sent an e-mail explaining the problem on April 27, 2023 and as of May 13, 2023 I have not received any reply. I feel the company has had ample time to respond and resolve this problem.
