Fresh and clean but not much scent

I really love essential oils so I thought I'd give hydrosol a try. I like the idea of floral water BUT the scent is lacking. It smells amazing for about 3 seconds before it disipates. Definitely not what I was hoping. I am actually ordering a bottle of rosemary essential oil to add to it in order to boost the fragrance.
