Pale color, steep heel

These sandals were a paler shade of green than pictured, barely green at all, and the slope of the heel was very steep, making it hard to walk in the heels--my feet were not comfortable at all. I have plenty of Sam Edelman shoes and shoes with higher heels, so this issue seems specific to this shoe. Additionally, the pom poms were attached by a clear thread, which was visible, making the shoes look cheap, which was disappointing. I was really excited about the shoes from the website, so I was very disappointed they didn't work out.
