Does no harm

I have no idea if it does any good or not. But it has not done any harm. There seems to be a lot of hype about this chemical (along with vitamin D etc), which I do not fully believe, so I take them occasionally as supplements (as opposed to taking regularly like replacements). I gave this item 5 stars because it arrived undamaged, expiration date was far away, capsules look good and does not have any funny smell etc. I have not seen any difference in my lipids, blood pressure, hair growth/loss or energy from taking this item.

Great and cost effective

Mainly because mine-was a diagnosed medical problem I did extensive research on products and options. I'll keep it simple, though. Ubiquinol is the preferred supplement. Kaneka is the standard. This product (Qunol) uses Kaneka Ubiquinol. From my research anyone over the age of 40 or anyone taking statins should take at least 100mg of ubiquinol daily. I can go on about the whys and wherefores for hours but until you do your own research you won't see all the potential benefits. I have been using this brand for a few years now with excellent results. And I like that I also get some Omega 3's. IMHO Qunol is a good company with a good and properly formulated product. Haven't found anyone better and I've tried costlier brands.
