Great product. I've been using it for several years and the health benefits are many. I also use Nature's Lab One Daily Multi, Super Vitamin C and Co-Q 10 - Alpha Lipoic - L-Carnitine. All of these formulations are excellent.

Sooo much better than others! This is packed with 1,000 milligrams of 95% standardized curcuminoids! That means entirely top quality active ingredients. LOTS of others only have 150mg active and 1000 mg of the cheap stuff!
