Nike Jordan Max Aura 2 Mens Basketball Shoe Ck6636-102 Size 11 US New in box

I ordered a size 13 shoe for my husbands birthday, now its too late to get the correct size, as Walmart had one pair of size 13 left, apparently they substitued with a size 11. I am disappointed, however, I hope to find a replacement at the same or less price. I was not given an option to exchage the shoes in the return process.....;
