Buyer beware

Placed order on 12/16. Site said it would arrive on 12/23. After order processed, I got a notice that it would be running late and wouldn't arrive until 12/26. Tracking details never updated. Walmart system said that it was shipped on 12/16 from Duluth Georgia. When I checked the FedEx tracking, system said a label was created in Illinois but that FedEx was still waiting to receive the package. FedEx never reported receiving the item from the shipping company. I've checked the Walmart tracking almost everybday since placing the order.... still no updates and its 12/26. I should have read the reviews from this company (Factory Direct Wholesalers LLC) before placing my order. Seems like this is a common issue for this company. So many people reporting never receiving their order..... waiting for my refund.

Minor problem

I'm impressed on the quality of this chair. It's not a high-end chair but it's good enough for the person who wants to stay on it for long time. It's comfortable for me. I like it a lot. One problem is that after I assembled the chair (which is easy to do). It sometimes gets stuck when you try to recline back on it, I guess it's because it was brand new and I needed to “break it in” now it's doesn't 'have any issues and works fine. But overall it's a good choice for your needs. Plus it looks good too.
