It does what it says it does--adds moisture to your mouth. Each lozenge lasts about 4 hours. Just stick it up next to a molar inside your cheek and it sticks to your gum. If you have nighttime dry mouth like I do this helps a lot. Mouth feels sticky in the morning and I'm always in a hurry to brush my teeth. This is best price I have found for this item.

These Oracoat Xylimelts are perfect for those with a dry mouth. I love how these discs will adhere to your gum at night and slowly dissolve. I wake up with fresher breath and not that tacky, smacky feel. You can wear them during the day, while you're drinking or even eating! I know these discs are creating more saliva, which cuts down the bacteria in my mouth. These are great for dry mouth.
