Impeccable customer service
The shipping company damaged a plastic corner piece on the frame and the storage bag had a bad seam on it. I contacted customer service and after explaining what the problem was and sending photos of the issues a new bag and frame leg was sent to me. The quality of the canopy frame seems to be the same as the ones you see with a guy standing on the top of the frame in their advertisement, at a fraction of the cost. The cover seems sturdy and the walls zip together so they wrap all the way around the frame to seal out the weather altogether and there is velcro all the way around the top. It is tall and it is heavy, this is definitely commercial quality.
