I read an article that said a good combination of sodium vs potassium helps the areas of the body between the muscle cells and the bloodstream regulate fluids. I knew I was low on potassium, so I got this product as it is highly ranked. Within 2 days of taking the potassium pills, I noticed the fluid swelling reduce. Note: I do split the pills in half (easily by hand) since it says to take one pill a day. So I split them in half and take it every 12 hours. So far... so good.

I take this because my cardiologist says I have a heart dysrhythmia cause by lack of intracellular potassium. Must draw blood levels to make sure the potassium in my blood is at the corrrect levels. If I stop taking the potassium the dysrythmias return. Always talk to you care provider about taking minerals.
