Coyote C-Series 36-Inch 4-Burner Built-In Natural Gas Grill - C2C36NG. C2C36NG. . Merging durable design with professional-style grilling features, the Coyote C-Series gas grill will be the center point of your outdoor kitchen. This 36-inch built-in gas grill features 18 gauge 304 grade stainless steel construction with a double-walled canopy and continuously hand-welded grill box with seamless edges. The C2C36NG gas grill offers stainless steel, performance enhancing heat control grids that minimize flare-ups and distribute heat evenly across the 640 square inch cooking area. This natural gas grill is powered by four, high performance Coyote Infinity Burners which deliver up to 80,000 BTUs of cooking power. The burners are lit by an easy to use, push and turn ignition system while the internal halogen grill lights will keep you grilling into the night. Use the removable warming rack to keep food heated until serving time and easily monitor the temperature inside your grill using the integrated thermometer. I would not buy this grill again.
We grill dinner in our ourdoor kitchen every night so I have lots of grilling experience. I bought the Coyote as a replacement for my completely worn out grill. All I can say is that I hate this grill. The quality is excellent, but it cooks way too hot. There is no way to cook in medium heat. When cooking ribs I had to cut the rack in half then cook on one side only using the burners on the other side. This means loosing one half of the grill space. Like I said, I hate this grill period. I would not buy this prpduct again.
