Kelp is great for iodine supply!
I take Nova Nutrition's Kelp 150mcg for my supply of iodine for my thyroid. I have hypothyroidism and have been taking iodine in one form or another for years. These capsules are a decent dose and the pills are easy to swallow. Iodine is essential for healthy thyroid function and these pills were very economical. I like them better than capsule, which is what I was using before I purchased these! I recommend these pills and dosage for healthy thyroid function.
