Great idea, if only I had received it

I did not receive this item after ordering it, and Walmart did not refund me for it. I'm going through a long, arduous phone call right now to resolve two weeks after it was marked wrongly as "delivered". The tracking number provided to me clearly shows it wasn't delivered, so this is just very frustrating.
