The worst product from the worst vendor

Both flimsy boxes arrived split open, and missing VITAL parts, as in the pole pieces that hold up the flipping trees. Trying to perform a return on either Walmart or VidaXL was impossible, as you cannot submit information from either site, if you didn't actually buy it from Walmart or VidaXL, so there is no way to say you ordered from Walmart, and on Walmart, you can't enter info for VidaXL. This has been the worst purchase I have ever made!!!! If this is how it is ordering from third party vendor on your site, I will never do it again. Lesson learned. I am not happy to be out of this money with a POS (actually 2) that I cannot use!
