Buy a SpeedTalk sim card with 500MB data

This kids GPS watch works great. I love it. But I had a hard time until find the right sim card though.... First, I purchased the Tracfone sim card, but it didn't work. The second, I bought the SpeedTalk 250MB data sim card, then it can call to this kids watch, but it can't use any GPS or data entry. It says " it's not connected to the internet" or "the device is offline." The third, I went to the T-moble store, but they told me that I need to have their account, otherwise a smart watch sim card will cost $72 per month. No way! It's so expensive. I researched about the kids watch problem about offline/ can't connect to the internet. Then I found one website saying that the sim card must have more than 300 MB data. This was my problem. I had only 250MB data sim card. The forth, I bought the SpeedTalk 500MB data sim card. Walmart sell it for $13.99 and it can use for 30 days Then it finally worked. You just need to buy the SpeedTalk sim card with 500MB data one. And you can download the app called "Se Tracker 2" on your smart phone to manage the kids watch data and GPS.

Don't waste your money!!!

I wouldn't even give it a star if I could. Even with 4G it still can't locate my child. It works when it wants to, and heaven forbid you don't read chinese. Don't waste your money on this.

The app was installed and registered as per instructions. But the device was not recognized by app. There was some authorization pending error in the app. Couldn't figure out hiw to fix that. The email ID mentioned in the box for any help doesn't exist. In short, no customer service.
