Chance of receiving used item

The first bracelet I ordered was obviously used. The ball was scratched up and the clear sealed zip bag was already cut open. I returned the used bracelet and reordered another identical bracelet. Was happy with the second unused bracelet. This was the first time in many purchases this has happened.

It HURTS!!!

Torture- this bracelet plucks out any fuzz or hair you might have anywhere in the vicinity. It's more of a torture device than jewelry. On the positive side, I guess it saves money from waxing.
