Brio 500 Series 2-Stage Filtration Tri-Temp Water Dispenser, 41.05" Height, Connects to Your Water Line

This water cooler lasted us not even 3-years of light use before the water stopped flowing due to the thermostat / tank freezing. We'd power it down overnight and in the morning the water would flow again. Power it back up and it would freeze in a few hours blocking all the water. The most disappointing aspet is that Brio support, while somewhat responsive, could offer very little advice other than the standard reset instructions. They also confirmed that they offer absolutely no parts or service for their coolers, so this big hunk of plastic rubber and metal will go into a landfill after less than 3-years of use (see image). Brio is certainly the opposite of a 'green ' company and should offer parts and service to keep these coolers going. It's only getting two stars because while it worked it was decent.
